Experience in technical support roles

Responsibilities

Analyzing, troubleshooting, and addressing customer problems through the ticketing system
Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to resolve issues
Providing first-tier support for customer inquiries
Staying updated on product releases and educating customers
Assisting in research, planning, and process implementation
