• Establish and maintain active partnerships with relevant business stakeholders

• Support and maintain both internal and commercial research software systems
• Lead the configuration of software systems to integrate new data sources
• Monitor the availability of research systems and address common issues
• Serve as a liaison between the research department and other business functions

Education
