We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Production & Media Coordinator to manage our media pipeline from capture to distribution. This role is critical to keeping our production pipeline seamless and error-free. If you thrive in structured systems and love working with media, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Footage Management – Offload, log, and organize all media assets, ensuring secure backup and storage
  • On-Set Support – Be present for every shoot, handling media ingestion, DIT, and physical storage
  • System Oversight – Manage assets across VAM, DAM, and editing pipelines, ensuring accuracy
  • Media Distribution – Deliver final video and photo assets to internal teams and collaborators
  • Organization & Quality Control – Maintain precise workflows, preventing errors and optimizing efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Meticulous, execution-focused, and highly organized
  • Passionate about system and project management
  • Tech focused and experienced in MULTI-LAYERED media/footage management, INCLUDING NAS
  • Ideally based on LA’s Westside and available for all filming days
  • Familiarity with transcription, transcoding, various file formats, and compression types
  • Confidence to quickly identify and resolve technical issues, such as corrupt files
  • Bonus: Social media experience (not required) & DIT experience (not required)
