We are seeking a talented Product Manager with Game Development Experience to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission.

• Product Strategy Development: Define and refine product strategy based on user needs and industry trends in crypto and gaming.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to enhance product features and identify new opportunities.
• Feature Planning and Prioritization: Manage the roadmap for gaming products, set priorities, and assign tasks to design and engineering teams.
• User Engagement and UX Enhancement: Collect and analyze user feedback to continually improve gaming experiences.
• Feature Launch and Management: Coordinate the launch of new game features, including planning, testing, analyzing performance, and making strategic adjustments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, marketing, and design teams to align efforts and meet deadlines.
• Product Analytics and Optimization: Monitor key metrics (growth, engagement, retention) to optimize games based on data-driven insights.

• Product Management Experience: Proven experience in product management within the crypto industry, with a solid grasp of its unique dynamics.
• Game Development Background: Experience in game development, specifically with casual games, with an understanding of engagement, retention, and player behavior.
