team members and builds projects primarily in the automotive, energy and industrial markets throughout North America. Our HR team is growing
and currently hiring an HR Generalist focused in the talent acquisition and staffing work streams. This individual will play a key role in our overall
employee experience and will assist with the implementation of processes/procedures.
Responsibilities:
Lead the orientation and onboarding of new team members through the development and enhancement of tools and resources to facilitate the implementation of processes and procedures to improve the new hire experience.
Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews with goal of enhancing employee retention strategies.
Use employee survey data to assess engagement, enhance processes, and develop action plans.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Engage with new hires prior to their start date and to help coordinate the hand off of the new hire to the Operations Team.
Collaborate with Compensation and Benefits team to ensure the needs of employees are being addressed.
Develop strong relationships with employees and key leaders across the organization, fostering open communication, and trust.
Assist with conducting effective, timely and thorough investigations, preparing documentation.
Assist and collaborate with other HR initiatives, as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist capacity.
Exellent communication skills.
Construction, Engineering, Automotive or other relevant industry HR experience preferred.
Occasional short-term travel to other offices and events required, roughly 30%.
