Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Experienced Procurement Agents (Level 3) to join the BCA Supply Chain Contracts and Sourcing - Interiors team in Everett, Washington or Charleston, South Carolina on first shift.
The selected individual will provide contracting knowledge including, but not limited to, negotiating, and executing all aspects of Contracts & Sourcing in support of BCA programs. Primary duties include managing internal and external relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, negotiating cost, terms and conditions, and adherence to affordability and financial goals and objectives. The individual will also maintain supplier contracts and statements of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures. Some travel may be required for this position. Approximately 10% domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Position Responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.
• Integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into negotiation and contracting strategies.
• Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions.
• Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities, inclusive of Value Engineering, and integrate results into contracting strategies.
• Proactively communicate with the leadership team, peers, and customers. This may include the preparation and presentation of the business vision, supplier strategies, program/project status, etc.
• Establish partnerships and relationships across various business units with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and peers.
• Adhere and execute to Supply Chain affordability and financial goals and objectives.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• 3+ years of experience in with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
• 3+ years of experience in contract negotiation
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor's Degree or higher or commensurate experience
• 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
• 3+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans
• 3+ years of experience developing proposals or contracts
• 3+ years of experience in a role that required strong written and oral communication skills and executive presentation skills
Typical Education/ Experience:
Typically, 6 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range – Everett, Washington: $84,600 - $103,400
Summary pay range – Charleston, South Carolina: $79,200 - $96,800
