Duties and Responsibilities• Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.• Assist with performing necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work. Scope of work can include, but is not limited to roofing, gutters, and siding.• Assist as a point of contact for the customer during the project.• Assist in estimating materials and labor required to complete projects.• Assist with communicating with homeowners before, during, and after projects.• Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation.• Assist with preparing and collecting invoices once the job is complete.• Assist with looking for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, windows, etc.• Follow all safety procedures.• Other duties as assigned.Skills Required• Hands on construction skills• Interpersonal skills• Oral communication skills• Written communication skills• Ability to navigate digital tools (computer, cell phone apps)• Physical demands of lifting, bending, and climbing ladders at higher elevations• Must be able to drive a truck and trailer(become DOT certified)Qualifications• Valid driver's license• Must be able to drive a truck and trailer(become DOT certified)• Prior experience a plus• Military service a plus• Spanish language a plusCompensation & Benefits• Competitive pay• Medical, vision, and dental insurance available• Company-paid life insurance• Company paid death and dismemberment insurance• 401(k) plan with a 3% automatic company contribution• PTO, vacation, and holidays• Company phone, truck, and fuel provided.
