Foundry is seeking a passionate Site Manager to oversee cryptocurrency mining operations, driving operational excellence within a professional and innovative culture.

Skills

Experience with cryptocurrency mining
Project management skills
Understanding of network, electrical, and mechanical systems
Proficiency in web-based programs and Microsoft Office
Management experience

Responsibilities

Lead the site mining operations team to achieve operational excellence
Hire, onboard, develop, and manage the Site Operations team
Oversee asset lifecycle management
Manage operations within budget
Conduct safety training and performance evaluations
Support the development of standard operating procedures

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
