The world can’t wait.You Have :• 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment• Experience with analyzing the development of strategic plans that implement high level defense policies and guidance• Experience with developing project plans and guidance documents, including strategies and roadmaps that address organizational approaches and retention of maximum mission capabilities with reduced resources• Experience developing and writing DoD strategic plans and strategies• Experience aligning DoD programmatic strategies with Departmental and national strategies• Experience as a DoD action officer• Knowledge of national strategies, including the National Biodefense Strategy, and policies into planning documents for chemical and biological defense• Secret clearance• Bachelor’s degreeNice If You Have :• 5+ years of experience with chemical, biological, or radiological issues• Experience supporting a Chemical and Biological Defense component organizations or an interagency equivalent• Experience writing DoD directives and instructions• Experience leading efforts within the DoD or interagency to develop, coordinate, and adjudicate comments and inputs on strategy documents• Experience presenting and articulating strategies and priorities to senior leadership• Experience working with, briefing, and engaging General Officer, Flag Officer, or SES-level personnel• TS / SCI clearanceClearance :Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;Secret clearance is required.Create Your Career : Grow With UsGrow With UsYour growth matters to us that’s why we offer a variety of ways for you to develop your career.
