Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with guidelines, standards, and strategies, adapting them to local requirements as necessary, and driving the harmonization of core processes. Key responsibilities include managing operational real estate work and services at the cluster level, steering cluster-wide demands, and ensuring the optimal provision of space and services.

Additionally, the role involves evaluating the status of locations (core/non-core) and defining actions based on site assessments, supporting site representatives, and driving resource and competence management within the cluster. The candidate will also facilitate bottom-up business planning and reporting, ensuring quality and consistency from the upstream to the regional level, and set up internal charging contracts (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Cascading BRE BSC/targets implications to country/cluster
• Alignment of regional and local portfolio initiatives with GBs and stakeholder
• Steering of CoCs with focus on resource know-how sharing and smoothing, esp. denomination of project teams and decision on project governance within given limits (RBGF 165)
• Steering of BRE site functions (Facility Management, Security facility and controlling)
• Execution of projects (“buy”, “lease”, “build”, “exit”), if required by REM

Qualifications:

• Education: Master degree in Engineering or Business.
• Experience: > 10-year experience in Real Estate, Finance or similar . Experience in facility management, project steering and financial reporting
• Skills:
  • Proven management experiences
  • Result and performance oriented
  • Construction Management and Real Estate transactions.
  • Structured, quality-oriented, and results-focused work style with strong analytical abilities.
  • Project management/ planning & organizing  
  • Process management and Commercial/financial analysis
• Languages: Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
