Job Description

►You’ll provide services for all country sales organizations in detective controls in accordance with regional & local instructions
►You’ll search for additional information in SAP for the issues “at questions” (e.g. record changes, additional parameters, related documents, etc.)
►You’ll collect clarifications/proofs for the issues “at questions” from local responsible.
►You’ll provide advice and first-level support for local responsible for expected process adjustments (e.g. explain which parameters should be selected in WorkOn or which changes are required in local detective control documentation) to ensure compliant processes 
►You’ll create reports and submit them for approvals
►You’ll escalate topics to the Detective Control Coordinator, which are overdue according to DC instructions
►You’ll proactively raise questions/improvement ideas to DC coordinator.

Qualifications

►You have good knowledge of sales processes
►You are an experienced user of SAP (CMD, MMD, orders, deliveries, invoices, pricing structure, statuses, document flow, custom layout, data extracts)
►You are an experienced user of Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, signing)
►You have experience with SharePoint (download, upload, notification setting, synchronization)
►You are familiar with MS Teams
►You are reliable team player with strong communication skills
►You have problem solver attitude and focus on details
►You are fluent in English
