We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our learn and take over exciting and challenging activities in Business Management Community Coordinator for our Bosch Mobility Solutions business sector.

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

• You will be part of an international team which is focused on Business Continuity.
• You will represent Bosch Sales Organization in Supply Chain Taskforces in Taskforces Steering meetings as well as in cross-functional Corporate Crisis Management Teams.
• You will support supply chain driven requests and escalations from Customers/Sales Teams within Bosch Business Mobility organization and ensure appropriate content, responsiveness and transparency.
• You will provide Taskforce response and documentation to internal Sales Teams which ensures consistency and legal check of customer communication.
• You will ensure regular worldwide information and alignment calls with Business Management Community Coordinators across Bosch Business Mobility Sales Organization.
• You will provide required training to Bosch Business Mobility Sales Organizations regarding standard tools and processes.
• You will analyze data related to customer orders, planned volume demands, available purchase parts for production, product-customer mappings and part coverages.
• You will contribute to the improvement of Business Management Community Coordinator processes, methods and tools with focus on customers benefit, efficiency and effectiveness.
• You will offer support for ad-hoc and sales specific topics as required.

Education: completed university studies in Business Management/Administration, Economics or other related fields

Experience and Knowledge: 

• experience in sales, purchasing, engineering or project management
• very good knowledge of product life cycle processes
• profound knowledge of planning processes
• basic knowledge of tool environment in product life cycle (Salesforce, SAP etc)
• supply chain and logistics experience are an advantage
• high data analytics knowledge: data analytics, excel, data base reports and usage of Power BI are considered an advantage
