Senior Manager/Director, Performance Management Office

The Communications Systems Division of Bosch Security Systems is headquartered in Burnsville, Minnesota. As the Senior Manager/Director, Performance Management Office, you will support the ambitious growth plan of the Bosch Communications business (BT-CO) and to further expand our market position. 

• Oversight and management of various value creations projects and initiatives across all segments, regions and value chain elements
• Initiate, design and further manage additional top line growth and/or bottom line improvement projects in all areas (sales, engineering, product management, procurement, logistics)
• Support designing and ensure execution of strategic initiatives to support growth
• Support, identify and execute on inorganic growth potentials to further increase enterprise value
• Responsibility for dedicated strategic business development activities (M&A, divestitures, strategic partnerships, etc.)

In this role, you will work closely with the President of the Business Unit and focus on EBIT and ROI visibility, performance management, marketing sell-off channels, developing manufacturing strategy measures, etc. This leader will conduct long-term planning for the company's market focus and roadmapping, implement solutions and projects to address performance opportunities and areas to realize return on investment.

• You use business model and value proposition tools to systematically facilitate the assessment of the communications business landscape and support the team in creating a short, medium and long-term plan to solve the problem.
• You will organize the overarching project activities across the entire customer journey and technology structure, prioritizing activities, identifying decision points, project dependencies, etc.
• You will work with executives, department heads and board members to ensure business objectives are met.
• You are responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the project team.
• Act as the interface between the project team and the management teams for reporting, budgeting and scheduling.
• You create and foster an environment of clear and consistent communication and accountability across the team to meet targets and deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, an MBA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to travel >30% internationally.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and with German strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, people and customer skills, organizational skills. and time management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills. The ability to set priorities and delegate tasks round off your profile.
• Experience of Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
