About the role: This individual is a key business partner providing strategic guidance to business leaders. She or he will partner with leaders to design people and organization strategies that support business objectives. This individual will partner with Centers of Excellence and human resources to deliver insight and expertise to the business as a talent architect by creating and implementing talent strategies. Your responsibilities include: Providing strategic HR direction to our business leaders and assigned groups to enable business objectives. Diagnosing opportunities to improve the performance of the organization utilizing tools to measure organization effectiveness e.g. 360 feedback surveys, employee metrics, benchmarking data, external market and industry trends. Partnering with our global DE&I Consultant in leading DE&I for the operations team and supporting our diversity and inclusion team. Leading change management initiatives with organizational leaders to address business priorities. Partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to provide input and partnership to implement programs at site level and embed into our practices, processes and culture. Conducting regular leadership and succession planning sessions with client groups and implement action plans to ensure succession ready bench and development of high potentials. Partnering with Talent Acquisition to provide recruitment consultation to drive proactive attraction of quality candidates for current and future positions with an emphasis on pipelining diverse candidates. Coaching and consulting with managers and employees on issues affecting morale and performance and development and help to determine root causes and recommend appropriate strategies. Partnering with Talent Management to deliver targeted team acceleration and high performance culture consultation and support. Supporting Director, HRBP on site wide and global projects supporting designated teams. Minimum Qualifications: BA or BS Degree required; Master's degree valued Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a progressive Human Resources organization. Demonstrated success working in a fast paced, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact. Must be able to influence senior leaders. Experience implementing organizational design, development and change management strategies in support of business objectives. Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to analyze and utilize data to influence business decisions. Strong knowledge of progressive HR programs, processes and tools. Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with continuous improvement practices. Salary Range: $150K -- $200K Minimum Qualification HR Management, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
