- 4-6 years of relevant recruiting and sourcing experience
- Strong understanding of Boolean string creations
- Metrics-driven mindset

- Results-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Build and own a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool for key positions
- Work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute tactical recruiting strategies
- Identify strategic search opportunities
- Collect, measure, and evaluate market data
- Manage the candidate life-cycle from outreach to close
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
