- Process credit and debit returns, NOCs, reversals
- Assist Clients in resolving payment processing issues
- Collaborate on innovation and process improvements
- Track Client payments using Excel
- Run SQL queries for payment research
- Communicate effectively internally and externally
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Finance, or Economics preferred
