The role leads day-to-day deployment activities by location throughout the implementation lifecycle.The Supply Chain Strategic Initiative Deployment Manager - Customer Mapping operates as an effective communicator with the ability to drive change throughout various levels and phases of each implementation.This position is remote/virtual which means the work can be completed from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.This position is remote/virtual which means the work can be completed from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.Responsibilities• Deploys standardized, configurable plays for Supply Chain developed by the Customer Remapping playbook and intake process.• Coaches field associates in play execution to ensure plays are adhered to as written, executed consistently, and delivered on-time.• Manages the intake process for Customer Remapping Requests. Leads all implementation activities at the deploying markets(s) (Warehouse, Transportation, Sales, Customer Service, etc.)• Drives all project related activities of deployment (inform through execution) ensuring compliance to the prescribed playbook.• Prepares impact/gap analysis and facilitates workshops to document current state vs future state and documents processes related to the deployment project.• Advises local Supply Chain, National, Chain Based, Local Sales, Replenishment, Transportation leadership to execute Remapping plays per their specific roles.• Partners with Field and Center teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of play execution.• Works closely with local leadership teams to identify and remove barriers to success.• Maintains performance scorecards to track development and execution of plays.• Collects, consolidates, and cascades feedback upward from field to remapping leadership and region leaders.• Shares best practices and feedback from field to Supply Chain and remapping leadership to ensure it is included in playbook revisions.• Provides weekly deployment status updates and conducts weekly status calls.• Updates deployment process documentation, including workflows, RACI charts and procedures.• Conducts deployment analysis to ensure all personnel are trained and ready for a clean handoff post deployment.• Other duties as assigned by manager.SUPERVISION:• N/ARELATIONSHIPS• Internal: Cross-Functional relationships across the entire organization including but not limited to: SLT, SRT, Supply Chain, Finance, HR & IT.• External: NoneWORK ENVIRONMENT• Remote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree• 5 years of project management experience or proven demonstration of running mulitple large-scale customer facing projects.• Demonstrated ability to lead through change or change management.• Strong project management/governance experience or PMP/PMI.• Ability to prioritize issues, manage risk and communicate effectively.• Proven analytical and problem-solving ability.• Advanced knowledge of MS Office products.• Travel up to 25%.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in Supply Chain, Sales, Replenishment, and/or Warehouse operations.EDUCATION• Bachelor’s degreeCERTIFICATIONS / TRAINING• PMP/PMI preferredPhysical Qualifications• Must be able to perform the following physical activities for described length of time:The following information is provided in accordance with certain state and local laws. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In Colorado, the expected compensation for this role is between $74,900.00 and $99,900.00. In New York, the expected compensation for this role is between $70,800.00 to $94,400.00. In California and Washington, the expected compensation for this role is between $79,300.00 and $105,700.00. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan bonus.
