Client Service Associate

We are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic individual to join our Wealth Management team as a Client Service Associate. The Client Service Associate (CSA) is a critical part of the Boulay Wealth Management team, responsible for delivering extraordinary client service and care.  This individual will lead the coordination and processing of new accounts, provide general account maintenance, and assist with cash movement.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accurately handling all aspects of client account opening and maintenance
  • Work directly with custodians to resolve client account issues
  • Utilize CRM system for daily tasks, tracking and documentation of client data, and documenting updates to current assigned work.
  • Collaborate with team members regarding account questions, service requests, and client inquiries
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members to provide quality customer service to clients
  • Complete other duties, tasks, or special projects as assigned
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, a team-based attitude, and a desire to collaborate
  • Effective use of technology/software 
  • Flexible to changing circumstances and client needs
  • Desire to provide concierge quality customer service
  • Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Work independently, multitask, and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Possess problem solving skills and issue resolution capabilities
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal capacities in English

Preferred:

  • Experience in financial services or a professional services environment involving compliance and adherence to regulations
  • Experience working with a CRM system
