As the primary point of contact for our largest and most strategic customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of building strong relationships with top-level executives. If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you!"Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's largest and most strategic customersBuild and maintain strong and positive relationships with top-level executives at client companiesUnderstand and anticipate the unique needs and goals of each client, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needsProvide excellent customer service and support, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the company's products and servicesMonitor and analyze customer usage and satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement and proactively address any issuesAct as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectivesStay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and share relevant insights with both clients and internal teamsProactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth and customer retentionRepresent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and services and networking with potential clients.Box is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
