Box Office and Operations Assistant - Binghamton University

Budget Title: Staff Assistant (SL-2)

Salary: $45,000

The Anderson Center for the Performing Arts invites applicants for a full-time professional position working in the box office and administrative offices. The successful candidate will primarily support the Center's box office operations, working in concert with the box office manager. Duties will include frontline customer service and sales; scheduling, training and managing student employees; payroll processing for student employees; reporting on Anderson Center, Music, Theater and other space user sales; and reconciling financial ticketing transactions, as needed. In this capacity, a flexible work schedule, including some evenings and weekends, will be required. Secondarily, duties of this position will support the general administration of the Center's operations including employee travel reimbursements, processing of maintenance work orders, coordination of logistics for guest artists (hotel accommodations, ground transportation, etc.), and preparation of performance logistics.

• Bachelor's degree
• Two years of customer service/sales experience.
• Database and administrative office experience.
