Budget Title: Staff Associate (SL-4)
Salary: $58,000 - $65,000
The Associate Head of Reader Services for Physical Collection Maintenance is responsible for the daily management of physical collection inventory, collections spaces and movement of materials between the Libraries locations in service to the Libraries' and library patrons' needs. As a member of the Reader Services Department, the Associate Head serves as a team member responsible for inventorying and improving space utilization for library locations, coordinating space and collection priorities and designing and delivering innovative, user-centered services and resources for a diverse constituency of students, faculty, staff, researchers and community members.
This position supervises professional and classified staff at multiple locations. The position reports to the Senior Director for Public Services and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility with the Dean of the Libraries serving as second in line supervisor.
