Box, the leading Content Cloud company, is seeking a People Partner to support Sales and Marketing teams in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Skills

5+ years HR/People Business Partner experience
General knowledge of HR functional areas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think critically and problem solve
Project management and organizational skills
Knowledge of tech industry and enterprise technologies

Responsibilities

Align business objectives with corporate leaders
Develop and maintain effective partnerships with org leaders and managers
Work closely on organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement
Coach senior management and managers through employee-related issues
Assess organizational health and effectiveness regularly
Constructively challenge for process improvements
Liaise between People Team, client groups, and stakeholders

Education

Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree desirable
