The Machinery Vibration Analyst is a critical customer-facing role responsible for providing expert diagnostics and technical support for condition monitoring and machine protection systems. This involves in-depth analysis of rotating equipment, developing actionable warning levels, delivering comprehensive user training, and resolving diverse customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of rotating equipment using hardware and software, identifying potential issues and developing data-driven warning levels.

  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to customers on software, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system's capabilities. Deliver prompt and expert support for hardware, software, and mechanical inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate degree in mechanical engineering technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Certifications: ISO Category II Vibration Analyst (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience in vibration data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial predictive maintenance or vibration analysis. Experience with reciprocating equipment or multi-shaft gearboxes is preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Proven ability to generate technical reports with actionable recommendations.

    • Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams.

    • Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.

    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with group presentations.

    • Strong time management and organizational skills.

    • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
