Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members while being the person to resolve customer complaints, ensuring that every guest leaves happy and satisfied. To thrive in this role, you’ll need at least two years of experience as a Floor Supervisor, a thorough understanding of gaming regulations, and a deep knowledge of at least two table games.
