Join Boyd Gaming Corporation as a Security Officer and be a crucial part of keeping our guests and employees safe in our vibrant Las Vegas environment! You'll be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of the property, which includes patrolling the hotel, casino, and outdoor areas looking for any disturbances or safety hazards. This role involves a fair bit of activity, as you’ll be on your feet or using a company bike or vehicle to monitor the premises. When emergencies arise, you'll need to step in promptly, following all necessary laws and policies while also keeping a keen eye on the security of all keys. Expect to complete required paperwork detailing your shift activities and assist with any additional tasks assigned by management. To thrive in this position, you should be at least 21 years old, physically capable of standing and walking throughout your shift, and have some experience in casino security or a similar field. Additionally, possessing a valid driver’s license and ensuring you maintain any required certifications will empower you to excel in this role.
