Process Automation / AI Consultant

BP3 Global is looking for an experienced Consultant to join our team of Process Automation Experts. BP3 works with clients all over the world to deliver business automation solutions across various industries. This role will work with an account team to support client engagements involving development of internal and external automation solutions as well as overall automation strategy. The ideal candidate will have a background in process improvement, product development and opportunity roadmaps. Additional Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Develop relationships with clients and identify additional opportunities for BP3 to partner as a strategic advisor

Specific to the assignment:

  • Working with business teams to identify requirements and translate into user stories
  • Prioritizing ongoing development with backlog items
  • Interacting with technical teams and design teams on an ongoing basis
  • Involved in overall product roadmap activities as request by the client

  • 5-10 years in technical or business process consulting
  • Bachelors degree in technical field or business process management, masters a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience serving enterprise clients
  • Proven ability proactively project manage remote and/or global teams
  • Familiarity with agile terms and methodology and ability to quickly get up to speed in new environments
  • Strong business acumen and technical acumen
