Job Title: Azure DevOps Engineer
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite - 5 Days Per Week)

We are looking for a highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and infrastructure as code. CI/CD Excellence: Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and deployments.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep for repeatable and scalable deployments.
Cloud Administration: Manage and optimize Azure cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency.
Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices in cloud environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and IT operations teams to integrate DevOps methodologies across the organization.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Azure environments, resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance DevOps processes to improve speed, reliability, and quality of deployments.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related role, with a strong focus on Azure.
Azure Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure services such as AKS, Azure Functions, App Services, Storage, Networking, and Security.
CI/CD Mastery: Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Strong experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation and system management.
Security & Compliance: Knowledge of Azure security best practices, identity management, and access controls.
Monitoring & Logging: Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and other observability tools.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or relevant certifications.
