As a Product Manager for hardware products, you'll be tasked with stewarding a product from concept to market leader, ensuring it meets the unique needs of clients. This means you'll have an intimate knowledge of your products, from its technical specifications to its market fit, engaging directly with customers to gather feedback and insights that drive product enhancements. You'll analyze data to inform your strategy, keeping a keen eye on market trends, competitive landscapes, and the evolving tech of hardware products related to Bitcoin.
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and propagate them to the whole company to ensure that everybody understands the vision and what is the focus of the company for the following months.
Prioritize the items into a roadmap together with the rest of the product managers, management and stakeholders to prepare correctly what are the priorities that should be followed to achieve optimal result with respect to capacities.
Prepare business documentation for IT analysis and development, consult it with IT and be responsible for the final outcome of the development in the business point of view.
Monitor the market and its trends, monitors performance of the products he is responsible for, collects feedback from clients, stakeholders and others who are involved.
Actively search for new product ideas, form them into business cases and evaluate them.
Participate and co-responsible for implementation and deliveries (co-responsible together with project manager and development leader)
Previous experience in product or project management is a plus, ideally in a retail hardware company.
Product oriented attitude, ability to transfer visions into milestones, goals, roadmap.
Ability to clearly formulate a specific assignment.
Drive to accomplish things, courage to tread new paths and get things done.
Ability to work solo and cooperate with delivery teams as well.
Ability to work in less structured environments, without reliance on policies and defined processes.
Interest and knowledge of Bitcoin is a plus.
Enthusiasm for new technologies.
Fluent English.
At least Bachelor’s degree in respected field (preferred fields: electronics, computer engineering, informatics, telecommunication, mechatronic) or proven history in hardware development.
Open-minded approach with emphasis on proactivity.
Good communication skills - relations with clients and stakeholders.
The work is located in Prague, Czech republic. Therefore we are looking for candidates located in this area.
Full-time position with flexible working hours with possibility to work remotely.
Both possibilities to work as an Employee or Freelance.
Indefinite agreement.
