Braintrust is looking for our first Sales Development Manager to focus on hiring, developing, and leading a highly driven team of sales development representatives.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of SDRs, the strategy and operations of our outbound & inbound sales motions, and the data expert on our sales development team.
Hire, onboard, and develop exceptional SDR talent
Train the SDR team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
Build a playbook across different segments of the business to generate consistent opportunity flow for the sales team
Ensure SDRs improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback
Foster a winning culture and high-energy environment where people love coming to work
Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
2-4+ years of managing and developing SDRs at fast-paced, high-growth companies
Deep experience with CRM software and SDR tooling
Experience executing an outbound multichannel strategy
Lead with a player-coach mentality: you’re hands-on and empower your teams to creatively problem solve
Located in San Francisco and willing to come into the office 5 days a week
