Branch Administrator

JOB SUMMARY


This position coordinates branch office functions including the scheduling of installations and service for customers. The Branch Administrator supports the Branch Manager and covers administrative, sales, and scheduling of all jobs.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Build and schedule all jobs created through addenda created by branch sales reps.
  • Schedule service for customers.
  • Tracking/logging branch service tickets and appointments.
  • Assist sales reps with looking up accounts when needed in MAS.
  • Institute actions in MAS for customers' needs/requests.
  • Verifying RMR & Install revenue to provide to Branch Manager for commission approvals.
  • Track daily branch RMR installed.
  • Work closely with Field Support to assist them with any needs they have.
  • Ensure that installs are completed prior to billing.
  • Handle business dealings: customer accounts, equipment, payments, and maintain customer good will and business.
  • Customer communications - calls, emails, and messages.
  • Pull MAS reports to verify all jobs have been accounted for all cutoff dates.
  • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
  • Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Assist with all other tasks as needed or assigned by Branch Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
  • Understands and demonstrates excellent customer service.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
  • Follow all safety requirements and always maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
  • Ability to pass alarm monitoring certification.
