SALARY
This position has a base salary range of $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 - $102,000.00 USD Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.
SUMMARY
This role is responsible for the design performance and improvement of member facing processes, banking operations, and branch buildings and infrastructure through the leadership of the Branch Operations team and
personal delivery. He/she will also govern and serve as the primary point of contact for key Branch vendor relationships.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage member-facing processes including design and enhancement focused on member experience, product engagement and efficiency.
2. Work closely with cross-functional partners to prioritize deliver branch process projects.
3. Represent the branches in enterprise projects establishing requirements, process design and executing on branch objective delivery.
4. Plan, prioritize and complete continuous improvement tasks and projects with measurable impact to member, employee and/or credit union performance.
5. Document, prioritize and execute Salesforce enhancement projects in partnership with the CRM team.
6. Work closely with the Director, Branch Operations to build and maintain a branch technology and infrastructure roadmap.
7. Be a champion for the branch NPS program and lead structured efforts to systematically improve and sustain NPS performance.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact and govern key branch vendor relationships ensuring quality and accountability for contracted services.
9. Coordinate with internal and external resources and for frictionless execution of projects.
10. Develop and train the Branch Operations team to expand knowledge, scope and effectiveness within their
individual roles.
11. Manage team capacity and schedules to ensure high quality and on time delivery.
12. Deliver all projects on time, in budget and within scope.
13. Use appropriate techniques to manage any change to scope, schedule or associated project costs.
14. Hold quarterly operations reviews with staff and branch leadership.
15. Assist with project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements while ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
16. Provides functional and technical support to the frontline when necessary.
