As a Branch Operations Assistant, you will:

Answer incoming calls to the branch as well as receive clients, vendors and prospects, during normal business hours. This highly visible position requires a polished professional with superior, communication, customer service and organizational skills.

  • Plan, coordinate and arrange for vendor luncheons, client meetings, branch events/celebrations, etc.
  • Sort, process, and route incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Copy, fax, and file various materials as needed.
  • Print Branch checks, create/order stationary for teams, other various tasks as needed.
  • Keep inventory and order office supplies. Call in repair requests for copier, printers, and fax machines.
  • Cashiering work. Entering checks, depositing, and reconciling daily.
  • Log Compliance files and support audit requirements.
  • Maintain branch newsletter, branch associate yearbook, role manual, other data as requested, etc.
  • Support a Financial Advisor team and Management Team on an as-needed basis.

What we look for:
  • High School diploma required. Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 or 2 year’s previous customer service or administrative experience; preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; excellent telephone and client service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively problem solve.
  • Ability to handle clients professionally and manage challenging situations.
  • Working knowledge of MSOffice; Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, monitor, and complete multiple tasks, either independently or with a team.
