Gong is looking for an experienced events & presentation designer to create branded experiences for both in-person and virtual events. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines. They will partner with the Events and (Executive Briefing Experience) EBX teams to develop and execute concepts that bring the Gong brand to life. SF or Chicago preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing Gong branded digital & printed materials like banners, signage, collateral, email graphics, etc — from concept to delivery
  
• Implementing repeatable/scalable processes with the Events & Executive Briefing Experience (EBX) teams to ensure a reasonable working cadence for delivery with quality
  
• Create compelling branded presentations — in collaboration with other teams — to tell the Gong story elegantly and succinctly to people inside and outside of Gong
  
• Create visual concepts that bring event themes to life
  
• Take and implement feedback from the Creative Director and marketing stakeholders to ensure high-quality branded experiences for our customers and prospects
  
• Some travel required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Slides, Powerpoint and Keynote
  
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
  
• Familiarity w/ project management software (Asana, Airtable)
  
• Excellent communication and project management skills
  
• Excellent storytelling skills
