About the Role:
The CrowdStrike Brand team is seeking a talented and highly motivated Brand Manager to support our creative department. This position will report to the Brand Strategy Director and will manage brand campaigns from concept to execution. The Brand Manager will own the lifecycle of brand campaigns, including briefs, scopes of work, project plans, bidding, budgeting, pre- and post-production, asset delivery, and integrated campaign launches. We’re seeking a dedicated Brand Manager who can think strategically and creatively to support multiple campaigns with overlapping timelines, with exceptional communication and project management skills to keep campaigns on schedule and on budget.
What You'll Do:
Lead execution of above the line marketing campaigns that bring our global brand strategy to life. Be a steward for the brand and in-house agency as we continue to put out great brand media into the market.
Manage all campaign logistics and creative deliverables including brief, strategy and launch decks, internal reviews and approvals, production and post-production.
Oversee external vendor relations, ensuring project coordination and scheduling across a vast set of creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors. Facilitate the proper documents (NDAs, MSAs, bids, SOWs, etc.) with external agencies to initiate and begin campaign work.
Coordinate across in-house production team and external vendors to ensure campaign production occurs on schedule and on budget.
Maintain accurate timelines, updates, risk, and project status. Adjust schedules as needed and notify appropriate teams if delays or changes occur.
Collaborate with in-house agency on key production documents including bid specs, casting specs, wardrobe specs, and more.
Ensure internal and external teams have all information, documents, access, and resources needed throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a main point of contact for all teams involved in campaigns.
Organize and manage post-production workflows with internal teams and external vendors.
Collaborate across the business to ensure key stakeholders are aware of campaigns and coordinate cross-functional campaign launches after final asset delivery.
What You’ll Need:
Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years in brand marketing or creative production, with specific experience working at external or in-house creative agency. Experience with production or post-production workflows is a plus
Top notch communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with project stakeholders both verbally and in writing
Experience working directly with creative teams on creative projects
Excellent planning and project management skills. Experience using project management software such as Workfront is a plus
Flexible hours when needed to accommodate global team and projects
Strong time management and organizational skills
Solid track record of achieving and exceeding goals in fast-paced environments

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $70,000 - $130,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
