The Role

If you are smart, curious, collaborative and interested in Brand, Content or Social Media, you'll find no shortage of exciting projects to work on in our fast growing marketing team! We drive programs that develop our brand, such as advertising and social media to create awareness and understanding, and create a variety of content to engage with clients and prospects.

You'll have the opportunity this summer to manage a marketing program end-to-end, identifying the objectives, strategy, target audience, channel and asset type, working alongside experts, design teams and agencies to develop, deliver, test and measure your program.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $35/hr.

Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

What You'll Do

  • Identify a program of interest and build a plan to accomplish key goals aligned to the business
  • Identify key audiences, themes, channels and program ideas
  • Learn about client needs and expectations and how we communicate differently with each audience
  • Build and deliver your plan, analyzing performance and optimizing for improvements
  • Learn to adapt voice and approach for different client segments and use cases
  • Handle your time well and speak up when you'd like more autonomy or mentorship.
  • Present your final work to the Marketing team at the conclusion of your internship.

Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled in a US or Canadian-based post-secondary educational institution with plan to return to school after internship
  • Available to intern for the full 12 weeks
  • Deep interest in brand, content or social media, preferably with some exposure
  • Inherently strategic, a quick learner who is naturally curious and inquisitive
  • Exceptional writing skills, strong project management and organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Bold and willing to try (and also willing to ask for help!); a self-starter able to work with some ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • A strong collaborator and effective communicator across all levels
  • Background in or knowledge of FinTech or financial services a plus
