Braze is a leading customer engagement platform seeking a Customer Success Director to own the business within APAC and lead multiple teams to achieve their KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple Customer Success teams across various locations.
  • Hire, mentor, and support team development.
  • Create a culture of customer delight in partnership with Sales and Services leadership.
  • Act as a public presence for the company building executive relationships.
  • Drive key performance indicators for customer renewal, expansion, and advocacy.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
