Responsibilities

Manage multiple Customer Success teams across various locations.
Hire, mentor, and support team development.
Create a culture of customer delight in partnership with Sales and Services leadership.
Act as a public presence for the company building executive relationships.
Drive key performance indicators for customer renewal, expansion, and advocacy.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
