Braze is a leading customer engagement platform looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of growth clients and ensure they maximize the use of their technology.

  • SaaS sales experience in Mobile/Marketing Tech

  • Experience with salesforce.com CRM
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial relationship with clients
  • Analyze customer product usage and identify growth opportunities
  • Communicate customer feedback to the product team
  • Collaborate with Success, Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing teams
  • Coordinate resources for feature adoption

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
