Talent Development Generalist
Braze is seeking a motivated Talent Development Generalist to support various learning and development initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
Skills
- Experience in instructional design.
- Strong analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
- Maintain and refine the Braze LMS.
- Assist in qualitative and quantitative data collection.
- Adapt delivery methods and content based on feedback.
- Build relationships with managers to meet learning needs.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
