We are looking for a People Operations Specialist for our India office. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to manage various HR processes. The ideal candidate will handle employee data, ensure smooth payroll operations, maintain compliance, and support the development of a positive workplace environment.
This role involves close collaboration with teams in India and Overseas to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
This is a continual learning curve, given the growth of the company and its flexible way of operating with quick decisions and changes.
As People Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, ensuring timely updates related to role changes, salary adjustments, and other personnel changes. Generate HR reports and analyse data to support decision-making for leadership and management teams
- Benefits Administration: Manage benefits programs, including health, wellness, and other company perks, ensuring smooth administration and employee understanding. Resolve benefits-related queries and issues. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure company policies align with local laws and regulations. Keep up-to-date with changes in labour legislation and ensure organizational compliance. Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation of all HR-related processes
- .Employee Relations and Performance Support: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and benefits.Support performance management processes, including assisting managers with goal setting and tracking progress. Mediate and resolve employee issues, ensuring alignment with company values and policies.
- HR Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experience. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in people management.
What will contribute to your success:- -1-3 years of experience in People Ops, HR, or similar roles.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
