Associate, HR Program Manager

Bridgewater Associates is seeking an exceptional Associate, HR Program Manager to focus on governance, compliance, and human capital management.

Responsibilities

Plan and administer various HR compliance, security, and data programs.
Synthesize technical business needs for HR and provide transparency on resolutions.
Contribute to program reports and materials.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and evolve critical processes.
Orchestrate internal HR parties to achieve program goals.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required
PHR or SHRM CP preferred
