Bridgeway Benefit Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Payroll/Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Controller, this role combines payroll administration with accounts payable responsibilities. The Payroll/Accounts Payable administrator will process employee status changes impacting pay files, analyze payroll and employee expenses, manage accounts payable transactions, and create ongoing, month-end, quarterly, and year-end organization reports. The ideal candidate is self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling assignments in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote position, with up to 5% travel. East coast candidates are strongly preferred.

Reporting directly to the Controller, you'll handle full-cycle payroll processing for over 300 employees using the ADP WorkforceNow platform, so familiarity with this system will surely give you an edge. You'll also scrutinize payroll adjustments for new hires, terminations, and all those nuanced changes that keep everything ticking smoothly. You're the kind of person who can juggle multiple responsibilities—balancing payroll accounts, reconciling vendor accounts, and creating detailed reports for month-end, quarterly, and year-end activities will make your day fly by! If you love working independently in a fast-paced environment while still collaborating with HR to navigate complex payroll issues, this job might be perfect for you. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance and 3-5 years of payroll experience are must-haves, and we prefer candidates from the East Coast.
