Manager, Human Resources

Brightcore Energy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, learning and development, talent management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders on all HR-related matters
Develop and implement learning and development programs
Lead employee relations initiatives
Oversee performance management processes
Implement talent management strategies
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Administer and maintain HRIS systems
Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports
Supervise payroll operations
Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership
Manage the DOT CDL program
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
