Brightwheel is looking for a highly motivated Outbound Business Development Representative to join their fully remote team, where you'll focus on making 80-100 cold calls daily to early education centers, driving leads for product demonstrations.
Responsibilities: Conduct 80-100 cold calls per day, manage your sales pipeline, and schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives.
Skills: Experience with cold calling, strong communication and prioritization skills, self-motivated, disciplined, and organized.
Qualifications: Grit and resilience, a desire to exceed sales goals, and a proven track record of being a top performer preferred.

brightwheel is committed to internal pay equity and offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, equity, and benefits. For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies.
In addition to equity, our annual cash compensation for this role in all US-based locations is an overall on-target earnings of $63,000. This includes a base level of compensation at an hourly rate of $21.64 (which comes to $45,000/year) with an additional uncapped variable of $18,000 based on performance.
