Role overview
Brigit is a high-growth financial health company consistently listed in the top 10 downloaded apps in personal finance. In this role, you’ll be critical to maintaining our fast-paced growth at a sustainable cost. You’ll be the go-to resource to understand the impact of various user acquisition strategies, our lifecycle marketing campaigns, and changes we’ve made to our onboarding funnel. Through careful analysis of conversion drivers, LTV, and retention you will influence decision-making that leads to smarter marketing and engagement strategies.
What you’ll be doing
Help measure the effectiveness of various marketing channels and strategies through dashboards and reporting
Design tests and measure results to evaluate new marketing and growth strategies
Explain when our results diverge from expectations so we can continuously learn
Summarize your findings frequently and contribute to our knowledge base
Present your insights regularly at team meetings
Synthesize all you learn about our customers and various growth strategies to help build and influence our growth strategies
Contribute to our data marts + develop models in dbt, review PRs
Provide feedback to engineering on capturing data through our applications
Who you are:
Most importantly: you have a passion for growing a mission-based company serving a financially vulnerable population and the curiosity and drive to help us excel at our mission
4-6 years of experience analyzing digital/marketing. Experience at a high-growth subscription-based app is a big plus!
Advanced SQL, experience with dbt a plus
Experience building marketing dashboards, identifying funnel issues, and diagnosing issues efficiently
Experience with A/B testing for growth
Capacity to manage stakeholder relationships independently
Success in identifying relevant population segments for various use cases
Familiarity with media mix modeling is a plus
How You'll Make an Impact On Our Growth:
You will become the subject matter expert for everything related to our onboarding funnels, marketing, and growth; and identify opportunities to capture and create value.
You’ll identify areas of growth we didn’t consider, based on your unique perspective.
Increase the aperture of focus to include the full customer lifecycle to identify opportunities to improve customer retention and engagement.
You’ll be a steward for all the people and data sources you rely on to drive insights to ensure accurate data capture and improve our MarTech data acumen.
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $110,000 - $150,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
