Senior Product Support Engineer

Brinqa is looking for a Senior Product Support Engineer to be part of a dynamic and fast moving customer support team, delivering quality resolutions to customers. Ideal candidates should be self-driven problem solvers with experience in technical support and troubleshooting.

Skills

4+ years of Java, Security, and networking experience
Working knowledge of Linux and Linux command-line
3+ years of technical understanding and working knowledge of databases (SQL or Neo4j)
Basic understanding of 3-tier architecture
Good written and verbal communication skills
Teamwork and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Own and resolve technical concerns regarding customer deployments
Provide experienced support and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues
Proactively address challenges impacting broader product adoption
Perform root cause analysis and provide in-depth troubleshooting
Handle high-priority tickets, hop on calls with customers, and communicate issue resolution steps
