About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with strong expertise in full stack Java development to join our team. You will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of large-scale, enterprise software applications. In this role, you will craft innovative solutions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the design and architecture of complex software systems, defining technical solutions that align with business requirements.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Ensure adherence to industry best practices, design principles, and coding standards. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Develop high-quality, maintainable code for back-end applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
Implement microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and performance. Integrate with existing systems and APIs, leveraging your knowledge of various technologies.
Champion agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe framework for software development and participate actively in sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and team collaboration.
Mentor and coach junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster their growth.
Qualifications & Key Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Java developer, with a strong understanding of back-end technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices).
Possess a strong understanding of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) and have the ability to design and implement efficient database solutions, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade software applications.
Good understanding of any of the cloud computing platforms (like AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SAFe framework.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Passionate about software development, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
Nice to Have:
Exposure or good familiarity with UI technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.)
Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Jenkins, Ansible, etc.)
Familiarity with NoSQL Databases.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $107,000 - $171,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
