Broadridge’s Digital Center of Excellence team is responsible for defining, delivering, and leading the lifecycle of our products and services, which enable digital interactions... with our clients and their clients at scale. Our digital experiences are the way that we work with our clients and allow them to provide the best experience possible for their clients.
In this role, you will support the design and development of digital product and platform capabilities. You will be partnering with cross functional teams across our sales, services, operations, technology, legal, marketing, and product groups to understand their product needs, and then prioritizing those needs and building and designing solutions and products to support the overall needs of the business. You will work alongside a team of product managers and developers who will continually evolve how we communicate on behalf of our clients and how we’re measuring our success.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
The team is responsible for:
• Strategy - Envision the future and build the near-term roadmap for Digital products
• Execution – Support all aspects required to bring new products to our users, including internal Associates and our Clients, including the gathering of requirements, development of content and implementation of new solution.
• Client service – Serve clients with compelling capabilities that improve client outcomes
• Partnership – Collaborate with cross-enterprise business partners to understand their needs for our product and work with them to prioritize product creation based on client, firm and regulatory impact
Your Responsibilities:
• Lead and/or support a variety of key product initiatives (often simultaneously) from original concept through final implementation.
• Work closely with product managers, sales and client service teams to acquire and document business requirements to build, manage and maintain product documentation including product definitions, prototype design, user stories, and process flows
• Act as a Product Owner in Agile methodology; engage with engineering and QA teams throughout the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, development support, testing, and deployment
• Assist in managing the overall project governance by creating and maintaining project schedules; help manage internal project communications to project & executive teams
• Work collaboratively with product managers and client service teams to assess client issues and challenges, suggesting areas of improvement and defining proposed solutions
• Take ownership of critical issues, enlist proper representation from other support teams and drive towards resolution.
Your Strengths:
• Understanding and delivering on a vision and goals grounded in client needs – internal and external
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Organizing activities with team members to achieve success
• Evaluating product solutions based on whether they are valuable, usable, feasible, and viable
• Resolving problems and partnering with peers, technical teams and internal partners to provide solutions and timely resolution
• Continually improving team processes via participation in retrospectives and other tactics
• Serving as a subject matter evangelist to partners
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as business analyst/product owner/client support specialist
• Prior experience writing business requirements, user stories or functional specifications required
• Prior experience working in Financial Services Industry a strong plus
• Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a strong track record of cross-team and cross-client team participation
• An energetic, positive, and innovative attitude, with leadership and facilitation skills to bring products and projects to a successful delivery
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodology
• BS/BA degree
Salary range $85,000.00- $90,000.00. Bonus Eligible.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
