Our Broker Services team strives to deliver exceptional service to our independent broker partners and Underwriters while setting the standard of service excellence & exceptional individual performance for the team. The work is high-volume, but wide-ranging. From helping our brokers produce compelling quotes, to evaluating and executing on endorsements, our Broker Services Associates are inspired to meet the challenges of providing excellent service to our partners. The Broker Services Associate will be based remotely out of their home.
As a Broker Services Associate, you’ll be responsible for:
Delivering unparalleled service that fuels our company’s growth
Building relationships both internally and with our broker partners that will enhance our ability to provide an efficient service experience for members and brokers
Producing compelling quotes through a variety of channels and sell the PURE difference to drive member acquisition
Leveraging our experience and expertise to manage the full-cycle endorsement process quickly and accurately

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service in a high volume, fast-paced environment (preferred)
