Inside Sales RepresentativeFull Time / Direct HireOn-Site in Miami (Doral) Mon-FriSummary:Brooksource is hiring on behalf of one of the fastest-growing Critical UPS Service companies in Florida. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to support outside sales reps and expand the client's footprint in the region. This role is pivotal for driving sales performance and maintaining leadership in the industry.Job Responsibilities:• Actively sell Eola Power offerings to existing customers, including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) products and services.• Support outside sales executives by generating, distributing, and processing quotes for clients.• Conduct customer follow-up by executing post-purchase satisfaction checks and upselling, thus creating new opportunities.• Execute service check calls by contacting past customers to determine their service cycle needs and offer solutions.• Maintain detailed documentation within CRM, managing various sales opportunities and tracking customer interactions.• Take incoming customer calls for team support, addressing inquiries and providing product information.• Monitor incoming email requests to create and follow up on sales leads in the CRM.• Verify vendor pricing through vendor order acknowledgments and ensure accurate quotations.• Assist in developing strategic sales plans based on company goals to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal client satisfaction.• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' strategies to identify new business opportunities.• Prepare and deliver presentations and sales materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of the products.• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes and customer engagement.Qualifications:• 4-year college degree (preferred).• Experience working in and navigating a CRM, such as Salesforce.• Microsoft Office Suite experience, including proficiency in V-Lookup, pivot tables, and Word.• Professional phone skills and excellent overall communication abilities are required.• Experience with team selling and support through account management.• Previous experience in the critical power industry, including familiarity with UPS Systems and technical sales.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Why Join Us:Inclusive Environment: At Eola Power, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone can thrive.Professional Growth: We offer continuous learning and development opportunities to help you grow your skills and advance your career.Supportive Team: Join a team that values collaboration and mutual support.
