They are in process of re-designing their web and mobile applications to integrate seamlessly and create the same UX for customers. They are looking for a talented Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team and drive the development and lead their team of web and mobile developers.As a member of this team, you will be working alongside a standard application development team. You will be responsible for helping the team drive communication and create technical solutions for the development team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.Responsibilities:• Lead the development and implementation of web and mobile applications using React Native, VueJS, NodeJS, .Net, TypeScript, and Java.• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.• Compiling and implementing application development plans for cloud native digital applications.• Collaborating with development leads from various domains to identify the data integration sources, patterns and define end-to-end architecture.• Taking ownership of application’s design, testing, and modification stages.• Demonstrating application prototypes and integrating user feedback.• Mentoring application developers and providing end-users with technical support.• Creating technical approaches application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration.• Documenting application development processes, procedures, and standards.• Assessing the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards to ensure an integrated architecture across digital applications.• Drive automation in CI/CD processes in conjunction with Release Management and development teams.• Align with SRE towers and other architects on monitoring needs, practices, and technology hardening initiatives.Requirements:• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.• Proficiency in React Native, VueJS, NodeJS, .Net, TypeScript, and Java.• Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).ABOUT EIGHT ELEVEN:Eight Eleven Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
